Voting Representative

The voting representative is the one representative from every member firm that can vote for our Board of Directors.  They are also considered the main company contact for the PREA membership and will receive the annual dues invoice for payment processing.  In addition, they direct which representatives should be added or deleted under the company membership.

Please note that applications are subject to review before access to members-only online content is activated. Once the application is approved and payment received, access will be granted the same business day.

Applications are approved throughout the year, but are billed for a full year. A delayed prorated credit will be issued for the months an organization was not a member in the first year on the second year invoice. This is determined by the receipt date of the initial dues payment.
