Fee includes admission to PREA sessions, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, luncheon, cocktail reception and dinner program on Wednesday night and breakfast program on Thursday.

 

Important Conference Information

Registration fees selected are subject to review for member and category status and may be changed accordingly. Registrants will be held accountable for any additional amount due.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
  • Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to: rachel@prea.org
  • Written cancellation and refund requests received between September 25 - October 9, 2023: FULL REFUND MINUS A $195 PROCESSING FEE
  • Written cancellation and refund requests received after October 9, 2023: NO REFUND
  • Registrations can be transferred to another eligible member of your organization with written notice.
