Highlights from the Investor Report Published August 2010:

Among participants, real estate holdings were 8.9% of assets.
Half of investors reporting had a target allocation to real estate of 10% or more.
Core strategy investments captured 52.4% of real estate holdings.
Nine of ten investors continue allow leverage on their portfolios.

The PREA Investor Report is designed to represent the real estate investment activities of the universe of public and private retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and other funds, both in the industry generally and within the PREA membership specifically.
